T2026 PW-26-12 Supply and Delivery of One (1) Plug-In Hybrid Electric Minivan

This procurement is subject to the Buy Ontario Act (Public Sector Procurement), 2025, S.O. 2025, c. 27, Sched. 1 and the Municipal Buy Ontario Procurement Directive.

The County will apply a Restricted Eligibility Approach consistent with the mandated procurement sequence for fleet vehicles. Accordingly, based on the County’s market assessment relating to the County’s requirements for this procurement and in accordance with the requirement procurement approach, the County has determined that the following selected option applies: 

☒  Option A – Made-in-Ontario Vehicles Are Available: Only bidders capable of supplying a Made-in-Ontario Vehicle are eligible to submit a bid. For the purposes of this procurement, “Made-in-Ontario Vehicle” means a vehicle that is manufactured in Ontario and contains the number “2” as the first digit of the Vehicle Identification Number (“VIN”);
