Other Mandatory Submission Requirements 

Bidders must provide clear evidence of the ability to obtain the following required most current documents/information in the appropriate upload areas provided in Bids and Tenders. 

1.         Must be a Certified Applicator in good standing of the Principal Material Supplier.

2.         Must have a membership in good standing with Ontario Roofing Contactors’ Association (OIRCA) for a minimum of ten (10) consecutive years.

Bidder Qualifications

Prior to award, if requested by the County, the Bidder must submit written verification that their service technicians are certified and authorized to undertake the services described in this ITT. Failure to submit written verification of certification/authorization satisfactory to the County within a timeframe specified by the County will result in the Bidder being declared Non-Compliant.

MANDATORY TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

The Bidder must have experience in providing the required services as detailed in this ITT.  The Bidder must submit a minimum of three (3) references from 3 different companies, for whom the Bidder has satisfactorily supplied, installed, for the same work in the past five (5) years.  Each of the references must be of same projects completed and are to be enclosed with your Bid submission.  The County reserves the right to reject any Bid unless the Bidder demonstrates to be skilled and regularly engaged in the same work as outlined in this ITT. The County reserves the right to reject a bid if references provided by the Bidder are not satisfactory to the County, at the County’s sole and absolute discretion.
